1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Mibrary mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms are an agreement between you and Kory Buck.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of the App, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User Conduct and Acceptable Use

Mibrary includes social features such as a user feed, profile customization, and library sharing. You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose.
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users.
• Post or upload content that is hate speech, sexually explicit, violent, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Create multiple accounts for the purpose of disruption or abuse.

4. User-Generated Content (UGC) and Moderation

To ensure a safe community, the following policies strictly apply to all User-Generated Content (including profiles, book notes, and social feed activity):

• Zero Tolerance Policy: We have a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users.
• Reporting: Users can flag objectionable content or abusive behavior using the "Report" function available on every post and user profile within the App.
• Blocking: Users can block other users to prevent interaction.
• Action: We reserve the right to remove any content and ban any user found violating these Terms. Reported content is reviewed within 24 hours, and confirmed violations result in immediate removal and/or account suspension.

5. AI Features

The App uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate book synopses. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate or misleading.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of synopses generated by the AI.
• You should not rely on this content as the sole source of truth regarding a book's content.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Kory Buck.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., Amazon, Barnes & Noble) or services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these third-party sites.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Kory Buck be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
